How do I import a script?

Tap the "+" button on the main screen, then choose "Import File". You can import PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT files from your device or cloud storage.

How do I adjust the scroll speed?

In the Prompter screen, use the speed slider at the bottom. Slide left for slower, right for faster. You can also adjust during recording.

How do I change the text appearance?

In the Prompter screen, tap the settings icon to access the Text Settings panel. You can change font size, color, family, and weight.

What is the free trial?

New users get 30 days of full access with no limitations. After the trial, free users can make 7 recordings per month.

How does cross-device sync work?

Pro subscribers can sync texts across all their Apple devices. Changes are automatically uploaded and downloaded when you open the app.

Where are my videos saved?

Videos are saved directly to your device (Photos or Files app). Videos are never uploaded to our servers — they stay 100% on your device.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, find Master Prompter Pro, and tap Cancel. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the billing period.

What happens to my synced texts if I cancel Pro?

Your texts are kept on the server for 30 days after cancellation. After that, they are permanently deleted. Local copies on your device are not affected.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers, including synced texts. This action cannot be undone.

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you have the latest version installed. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the problem.

Troubleshooting

Camera not working

Make sure you've granted camera permission. Go to Settings > Master Prompter > Camera and enable it.

Text not syncing

Check your internet connection and ensure you have an active Pro subscription. Try pulling down to refresh on the text list.

Recording has no audio

Ensure microphone permission is granted. Go to Settings > Master Prompter > Microphone and enable it.
