By downloading, installing, or using Master Prompter ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Master Prompter is a teleprompter application that allows users to create, import, and display scrolling text while recording video. The app is available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

You must sign in with Apple or Google to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Free Plan: Includes a 30-day full access trial. After the trial, free users receive 7 recordings per month. Text scripts are stored locally on the device only.

Pro Plan ($19.99/month or $199.99/year): Unlimited recordings, cross-device text synchronization, 10 GB cloud storage, and priority support. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled.

Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

You retain all rights to the text content you create or import. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your text content solely for the purpose of providing the sync service. We do not access, analyze, or use your content for any other purpose. Videos recorded with the app are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

You agree not to: use the app for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app, interfere with the app's infrastructure, use the app to distribute harmful or offensive content, or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through Apple's subscription management. Upon cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period. Synced texts are retained on the server for 30 days after the subscription ends. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data from our servers, including synced texts and account information. This action cannot be undone.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
